I personally started in the logistics world at age 20 as a trainee, and through grit worked myself up to supervisor to manager and to the Director level. I have worked for startups, medium size and global companies in my 18 years logistics career. I love the logistics industry, the constant problem solving, dealing with people all over the world and the fact that no days are alike. However, the one thing I saw the industry missing was a quality recruiting company that understands the world of logistics and supply chain. I joined forces with my business partner and, together, we set out to solve that gap. Taking our logistics experience and passion for helping people advance their careers, we started Caliber together with the most talented recruiters in the industry!
